INTERMARINE, AN
ORDER AMOUNTING TO 139 MILLIONS FOR THE ITALIAN FINANCE POLICE
Intermarine awarded, in a temporary group of enterprises including
Effebi of Viareggio and Rodriquez Cantieri Navali of Messina,
an order for construction of 23 Patrol Boats of 22 meters for
the italian "Guardia di Finanza".
The temporary group of
enterprises including Intermarine (mandatory and holding Company)
the EFFEBI yard in Viareggio and the RCN in Messina, awarded a
tender called by the General HQ of the italian Finance Police
for the supply of 23 units.
The supply, for a value
of 139 millions euro, concerns the building of 23 patrol boats
in 3 years, equipped with update technologies both for the hulls
construction, and onboard equipment, as well as the supply of
entertainment services and integrated logistic support.
The delivery of the first
unit is expected for January 2008.
