RODRIQUEZ CANTIERI NAVALI is
a leading shipyard in the worldwide market and who has for more
than 60 years been at the technological forefront in the field of
high speed ship construction and with their hallmark being a very

Rodriquez was founded in 1887
as a small ship repair yard. In 1956, they were the first shipyard

delivered the first and still the fastest passenger and vehicle
ferry capable of a speed of 47 knots.
Since 1887 up until today, Rodriquez
Cantieri Navali has specialized in the construction of technologically
advanced and innovative fast ships from 14 m to 150 m built in fiberglass
or aluminium, in carbonfiber or steel for the commercial, military,
and yacht markets. They have produced more than 500 ships for these
markets and have delivered them to more than 24 countries throughout
the world.
Rodriquez Cantieri Navali has
3 yards located in Italy and 1 in Brazil. The integration between
the specific production facilities and the research, engineering
and development centres allows for the transfer of technology and
knowhow to the diverse elements of the group thereby maintaining
a continuous quality improvement and an optimization of the production
processes.

The production facilities are
in Messina (Sicily) for the aluminium and steel vessels. For composite
production, the yards are located in Sarzana (Italy’s North
West coast) and in Naples. The Sarzana yard, also referred to as
Intermarine and who has become a Rodriquez company in 2002, is world
reknowned for their expertise in advanced composite construction
methods. The brazilian yard is located in Rio de Janeiro where Rodriquez
Cantieri Navali do Brasil is building ten passenger aluminium catamaran.

developed in the stabilization and sea keeping field in 1998 Rodriquez
Marine System has been created; the company, in fact, designs and

systems, hydraulic systems, and stabilisation systems. Rodriquez
Marine Systems is emerging as a leader in the supply of such systems
to some of the leading yards around the world.
